Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in US healthcare and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, support IT and process improvement projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirements.

• Support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments.

• Participate in Agile and Waterfall project activities, including planning, requirement analysis, and delivery.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Prepare business documentation, presentations, and project-related reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve healthcare processes, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.

• Support change management and process automation initiatives.

• Contribute to healthcare technology initiatives involving analytics, AI/ML, and intelligent automation where applicable.

Qualifications : 

• Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Computer Science, or related technology roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in US healthcare, including payer, provider, healthcare BPO, or health technology environments.

• Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
