Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Windows Autopilot, cloud-native device management, and Microsoft 365 integration. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, provide architectural guidance, and ensure secure, scalable, and efficient endpoint management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Architecture

Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions.
Develop cloud-native endpoint management strategies.
Design tenant structure, device management policies, and group hierarchies.
Implement Zero-Touch Provisioning using Windows Autopilot.
Design application deployment, packaging, testing, and update processes.

SCCM / MECM Administration

Design SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager architecture.
Plan site hierarchy and distribution strategy.
Perform migration planning and gap analysis.
Design task sequences and operating system deployment strategies.

Application Support

Troubleshoot complex application and endpoint issues.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure high availability and stability of enterprise applications.
Develop operational procedures and technical documentation.

Leadership & Collaboration

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Intune.
Support technical teams through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise technology initiatives.
Participate in architectural planning and solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
At least 7 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience preferred.
Microsoft Intune.
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
SCCM.
Windows Autopilot.
Microsoft 365.
Endpoint Management.
