Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect specializing in Microsoft Intune to design, implement, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expert-level Microsoft Intune knowledge, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience with cloud-native device management, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint configuration architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and deliver technology architecture for Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and business requirements are met.

2. Lead the transition from traditional on-premises imaging to cloud-native device management, including tenant structure, naming conventions, group hierarchies, and Zero-Touch provisioning.

3. Develop and maintain application packaging, testing, deployment, and update procedures across the device fleet.

4. Plan and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) architecture, including site and distribution strategies, discovery, gap analysis, migration planning, consolidation, and task sequence design.

5. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex application and endpoint issues, monitor system performance, document processes, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills :

1. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.

2. Strong experience in Windows Autopilot, Zero-Touch provisioning, and cloud-native device management.

3. Knowledge of application packaging, deployment, testing, and update management.

4. Strong troubleshooting, application support, system analysis, and performance optimization skills.

5. Ability to lead technical teams, make architecture decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills :

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

• Microsoft 365 services and integration with Microsoft Intune.

• Migration from on-premises endpoint management to cloud-based management.

• Enterprise device provisioning, distribution strategies, and task sequence design.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience designing or supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Strong technical documentation, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
