JOB TITLE: Bilingual CSR - Vietnamese + English - No Experience Required - Open to TRV Holders

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite (depends on site)

Work Setup: Shifting / Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are urgently hiring Vietnamese Bilingual CSRs to support our Vietnamese-speaking customers. This role is perfect for fluent Vietnamese speakers who want to build a career in customer service.

YOUR ROLE:

Support customers in Vietnamese and English through phone, chat, and email

Assist with inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and account-related issues

Provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Native or Fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills

Conversational English - training and systems are in English

No BPO experience required - fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash - O2C - is a plus but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

Foreign nationals with valid Temporary Resident Visa - TRV - are welcome to apply

SKILLS NEEDED:

Customer service oriented with attention to detail

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
