Account: Automotive (Car Services / Roadside Assistance / Dealership Support)
Location: Onsite / Hybrid (Depending on site)
Shift: Shifting Schedule

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for automotive customers
• Assist with service bookings, roadside assistance & inquiries
• Provide product and warranty information
• Ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate / College Level
With or without BPO experience
Good communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
