Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Architect – SAP EWM in Cebu to drive business transformation through SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The role involves assessing current warehouse and supply chain processes, gathering high-level business requirements, designing scalable technology-enabled solutions, and translating business needs into effective operating models. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, provide SAP EWM expertise, support strategic initiatives, and guide teams toward successful solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

SAP EWM Solution Leadership: Act as an SAP EWM Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide functional leadership, support team decisions, and deliver practical solutions across multiple teams.
Business Requirements & Process Analysis: Evaluate existing warehouse management and supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather high-level requirements, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Business & Technical Alignment: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure requirements, solution designs, project objectives, and technology implementations remain aligned.
Transformation & Project Support: Contribute to business cases, monitor project progress, adjust plans based on evolving business requirements, and support implementation of strategic transformation initiatives.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple teams, mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and engage stakeholders to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

SAP EWM Expertise – Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
Warehouse & Supply Chain Management – Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Business Solution Architecture – Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide business and technology solutions.
Business Requirements Analysis – Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership – Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.
Strong experience in SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
Experience working with business and technical teams in enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid setup with a shifting schedule in Cebu.

Recruitment Process

Minimum 3 years of SAP EWM experience is required.
