URGENT HIRING: CANTONESE MULTILINGUAL CSR
Quezon City | Onsite
₱52K–₱130K+ Salary (Negotiable)
₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives
Shifting / Night Shift

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Cantonese + working English
- With or without BPO experience
- Collections/O2C experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules
- Must have valid authorization to work in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Provide support in Cantonese and English
- Resolve billing, account, and service concerns
- Maintain excellent customer experience and meet performance goals
