Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Operations – Asset Management Senior Analyst to support the Corporate Actions function within Global Markets. The role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, ensuring correct client entitlements and payments, minimizing assets at risk, and supporting strong risk and control standards.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate actions processing, trade and settlement operations, entitlement calculation, event lifecycle management, reconciliations, exception management, and stakeholder coordination within a trading or investment banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Actions Processing
Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately across key market dates, including announcement date, ex-date, record date, election date, and payment date.
Manage the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle while ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Calculate and validate client entitlements and ensure timely payments.
Monitor corporate action events and ensure all required actions are completed within established deadlines.
Reconciliation & Exception Management
Reconcile corporate action events and client entitlements to ensure accuracy.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily breaks, exceptions, and fails related to corporate actions and custody operations.
Review system exception queues and ensure all corporate action-related items are investigated, actioned, and cleared daily.
Identify discrepancies and perform appropriate investigation and resolution.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for corporate actions processes, market practices, and asset servicing workflows.
Support high-demand Prime Brokerage and institutional clients.
Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, Oversight teams, custodians, agents, and counterparties.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding corporate action events, exceptions, and resolutions.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
Risk, Controls & Process Improvement
Support the firm's risk and control objectives by ensuring accurate processing and effective exception management.
Assist with audit, risk, and control reviews.
Review and update procedure documents and process documentation.
Participate in UAT, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Support ad-hoc business requirements and operational activities as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline relevant to financial markets.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience handling Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions within a trading or investment banking operations environment.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end corporate actions processing.
Experience with entitlement calculation and corporate action event lifecycle management.
Experience coordinating with stakeholders within trade and settlement operations.
Strong understanding of corporate actions and asset servicing workflows.
Experience with reconciliation, exception management, and resolving operational breaks is preferred.

Shift: Night Shift
Candidates must currently be located in the Philippines.
Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Candidates must be amenable to working fully onsite in BGC, Taguig.
Candidates must be willing to work a night shift schedule.
