Job Title: Cloud Architect - Private Cloud (Mid Level)

Industry: Bank

Must have qualifications:

• Define and implement the to-be architecture and with peripheral services required for Cloud Foundation/ Landing Zone.

• Define the target ("to be") cloud architecture aligned with business and technical requirements, including resource organization, identity and access management (IAM), network topology, security, governance, monitoring, and cost management.

• Design and build the cloud foundation or landing zone as a modular, scalable platform that enables enterprises to deploy and manage cloud resources securely and efficiently.

• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for automated and repeatable deployment of landing zone infrastructure.

Good to have:

• 5+ years in cloud solution design, implementation, and support.

• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and security concepts

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), orchestration, and automation tools.

• Familiarity with cost management and disaster recovery within the cloud.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication for articulating complex technical reports and collaborating with stakeholders

• Leadership and project management skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure.

• Relevant certifications ( AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure professional, etc.).

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with cloud technology trends.

Others:

• Should be amenable to working on a hybrid setup in Taguig

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

• We are looking for highly skilled Cloud Architect responsible for defining and implementing the "to be" architecture and peripheral services for cloud foundation or landing zone,a typically focusing on designing, building, and operationalizing a scalable, secure, and well-governed cloud environment. This includes developing the cloud foundation or landing zone that provides the core infrastructure, management, security, identity, connectivity, and governance layers needed for cloud adoption.

• Designing and implementing cloud solutions.

• Cloud infrastructure management.

• Application development and deployment.

• Data storage and management.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Resource organization and subscription management.

• Network topology and hybrid connectivity.

• Security and compliance guardrails.

• Management and governance (policies, budgets, tagging standards)

• Monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.

• Cost and performance optimization..

• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
