*About the Role:*
Concentrix San Lazaro is hiring CSRs for multiple accounts including Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended! Open to candidates with at least 6 months BPO experience. Earn up to PHP 25,500 with stable onsite work in Manila.
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide customer support for Insurance and Healthcare accounts
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat blended channels
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently
- Meet performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction
*Qualifications:*
- High School / Senior High School / College Graduate accepted
- At least 6 months BPO experience required
- Diploma must be available upon selection
- All Certificates of Employment (COE) must be available
- Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila
