- Salary Range: PHP 13,000 – PHP 25,000/month depending on account and experience

*Job Description*
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for leading Telco and Financial accounts. Provide accurate solutions, excellent service, and maintain quality and KPI standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, or chat
- Resolve customer concerns and provide product/service support
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Qualifications*
- *Education:* High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- *Experience:* Minimum 6 months BPO experience required
- *Skills:* Good English communication skills, customer service orientation, willing to work onsite in Clark
- *Schedule:* Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
*Accounts Available*
1. Telco Account– Assist customers with telecom products, services, and technical concerns
2. Financial Account – Support customers with banking, credit, or financial service inquiries
