Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for Insurance / Healthcare accounts

Handle inquiries via phone and chat blended channels

Resolve concerns efficiently with excellent customer service

Maintain high CSAT and meet performance metrics and KPIs

Qualifications:

High school graduate (old curriculum) / SHS graduate / college graduate accepted

Minimum 6 months BPO experience required - any account

Diploma must be available upon selection

All Certificates of Employment (COEs) must be available and complete

Good English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila

Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Can start ASAP
