Job Overview:
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat channels. Provide excellent CSR service and resolve concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support
Provide excellent customer service as CSR
Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate Old Curriculum / Senior High School Graduate
At least 1 year BPO experience required
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig
Amenable to shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
