Join Our Team as a Contract Specialist!

We're looking for a Contract Specialist who is passionate about commercial contracting, compliance, and stakeholder management. In this role, you'll work closely with account leadership, business stakeholders, and clients to support contract management across multiple projects and geographies while helping drive successful business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Support contract management activities across multiple projects, accounts, and regions.
Partner with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand business priorities and contractual requirements.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve commercial and contractual risks.
Assist with pre-award sales activities, contract drafting, and deal shaping discussions.
Collaborate with delivery, sales, and business leadership to achieve favorable contractual outcomes.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts.
Support investigations, compliance matters, and confidential reporting when required.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (required).
At least 4 years of relevant experience in contract management.
Strong experience conducting and supervising workplace, compliance, employment, or government-related investigations.
Proven ability to prepare confidential reports and advise senior leadership on risk-related matters.
In-depth knowledge of local compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, and applicable laws.
Basic understanding of commercial contracting principles, regulations, subcontracting practices, and contract terms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with client executives at all levels.

Nice to Have

Membership with World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM) or NCMA.
Professional certification in contract or commercial management.

Eligibility

Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines.
Must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
