*About the Role:*

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring CSRs for Life Insurance / Healthcare account. High salary package especially for Nursing graduates - up to 34K!

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle life insurance and healthcare-related customer inquiries

- Provide professional support via voice

- Resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate documentation

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to 23K:*

- SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / 72 units

- At least 1 year BPO voice experience

*B. Nursing - Up to 34K:*

- BS Nursing - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- Open to fresh graduates, with or without BPO experience

*C. Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience

*General Requirements:*

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
