Join our growing Healthcare Voice team in Iloilo City! We're looking for service-driven professionals with BPO background who want to build a career in the healthcare industry and gain valuable US healthcare experience.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound healthcare inquiries with empathy and professionalism via voice

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns on first contact

- Accurately document all interactions and maintain updated customer records

- Achieve quality scores, KPIs, and performance targets consistently

- Adapt to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

*Qualifications:*

- College Graduate with at least 6 months work experience OR Undergraduate with Completed 2nd year / 72 units with at least 1 year BPO experience

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service mindset

- Analytical thinker with good problem-solving ability

- Proficient in MS Office applications and internet navigation

- Flexible and willing to work onsite in Iloilo on shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
