Overview:

Concentrix San Lazaro is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple accounts including Insurance, Healthcare, and Chat Blended. Open to candidates with at least 6 months BPO experience. Earn up to PHP 25,500 with stable onsite work in Manila.

Role: Customer Service Representative

Accounts: Insurance / Healthcare / Chat Blended

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for Insurance and Healthcare accounts

- Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat blended channels

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently

- Meet performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO experience required

- Must have diploma available upon selection

- Must have all Certificates of Employment (COE) available

- Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro, Manila
