EXL Iloilo – Customer Support Representative

Account: Retail Account

Work Type: Chat and Email Support

Location: SM Strata Tower, Iloilo City

Compensation and Benefits:

- Basic salary up to 18,000 pesos monthly

- Monthly allowance of 2,675 pesos

- Night differential for night shifts

- Standard HMO and government benefits

Requirements:

- Completed at least 2 years in college

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience

- Strong written communication for chat and email

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo

Hiring Process:

- Initial interview via phone or Zoom

- Final interview onsite at EXL Iloilo
