TELCO BILLING SPECIALIST
Role Overview:
You’ll be the go-to person for billing questions. You’ll explain charges, fix billing errors, set up payments, and make sure customers understand their Telco account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls/chats about bills, payments, adjustments, and plan charges
- Explain billing statements in a simple, patient way
- Process payments, refunds, and credits per company policy
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and coordinate with back-office teams
- Ensure accuracy and maintain high CSAT scores

- Detail-oriented and good with numbers
- Patient, empathetic, and clear when explaining
- Comfortable using billing systems and CRM tools

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years old and above
- At least K-12 Graduate or Senior High School completer
- Good Communication Skills in English – clear, confident, and easy to understand
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a shifting schedule, including weekends/holidays
- No experience needed – full training will be provided. Bpo experience is a plus
