1. TELCO ACCOUNT
- At least High School Graduate
- No experience required
- Salary:
- ₱23,500 for 0-11 months Telco CCE
- ₱26,500 for 12-24 months Telco CCE
- ₱28,000 for 24+ months Telco CCE
2. TELCO - TECH ACCOUNT
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Billing and Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary: ₱26,000
3. TELCO - BILLING ACCOUNT
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Preferably 7 months and up CCE in Tech and Sales
- Confidence is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary: ₱23,000
4. HEALTHCARE - PROVIDER ACCOUNT
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- B2 CEFR Level
- BAA 32
- Salary: ₱20,000
General Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Davao
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email
- Provide excellent customer service and technical/billing support
- Meet quality and performance targets
- Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
