HIRING NOW: MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS | TELEPERFORMANCE VERTIS NORTH

Location: Teleperformance Vertis North, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Industry: BFSI, Trust and Safety

Open Positions

1. BFSI ACCOUNT

- 6-12 months Call Center Experience or 2 years Customer Service Experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Salary: ₱22,000

- Retention Bonus: ₱24,000 until further notice

2. TRUST AND SAFETY ACCOUNT

- At least 2 years of SQL Experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate of any IT related courses

- Salary: ₱31,000 - ₱60,000

General Qualifications

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Detail oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

- For BFSI: Assist with financial products, account inquiries, and customer transactions

- For Trust and Safety: Monitor, review, and analyze data using SQL to ensure platform safety and compliance

- Provide excellent customer service via voice, chat, or email

- Meet quality and performance targets
