Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Assistance Representative to join our team and provide excellent support to clients in the insurance sector. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, policy updates, and claims.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Update and maintain detailed customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate.
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
