Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide top-notch service to insurance customers. If you have excellent people skills and enjoy assisting others, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
- Process changes to accounts, such as updates to personal details or policy information.
- Educate customers about available products and how to maximize their benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate.
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
