▫️Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
▫️Job summary:
Join our team and build lifelong relationships with our customers!
▫️Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
▫️Requirements:
- Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects.
- Atleast 6 months BPO experience.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
▫️What We Offer:
- Salary Upto 35k.
- HMO from day 1 including 3 dependents.
