Enterprise Account Manager – Retail, Airline, Telecom & Healthcare Solutions
Job Description:
Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities across diverse industries.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account growth and renewal.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and procurement teams.
Present business solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and improve service quality.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Consistently achieve revenue, customer retention, and business growth objectives.
