Customer Service Rep - Insurance Voice (MENDOTA) - EXL Pasay - Up to 22K*
Location: Pasay City - Onsite | Salary: Up to PHP 22,000 Package

Exciting opportunity for *Insurance Voice Account (MENDOTA) at EXL Pasay*! Earn up to *PHP 22,000 package*. This is an onsite role for experienced voice agents looking for a stable account.

*YOUR ROLE:*
- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel
- Provide accurate information and assistance
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Meet quality and performance metrics
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Education: At least Senior High School Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills
- Attributes: Strong customer service orientation
- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
