ROLE OVERVIEW / PURPOSE:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our US TELCO Account. Your purpose is to provide phone support to US customers and resolve their service concerns with care and accuracy.
SALARY & LOCATION:
Pay:Up to ₱25,000 + Night Differential + Performance Based Bonuses
Location: On-site Only | Taguig & Makati
Work Setup:Night shift schedule required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Respond to US customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner
2. Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate customer concerns accurately
3. Document all customer interactions correctly
4. Meet quality, attendance, and performance targets
5. Work as a team to deliver excellent customer service
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. 6 months BPO/Call Center experience OR MORE
2. Can speak English. You will communicate with US customers daily
3. Good typing and computer navigation skills
4. Can handle pressure and stay calm with customers
5. Willing to work on-site in Taguig or Makati
EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS:
-At least 6+ months experience in a BPO/Call Center is required
- No certifications needed. Training will be provided
