WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

SALARY: Up to ₱27,000

Role Overview:
Join our dynamic BPO team as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product and service concerns promptly.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or SHS Graduate – required.
Min. 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE) – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
