We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our on-site operations in Cubao. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced BPO professionals looking for immediate placement with a competitive salary package, ₱30,000 signing bonus, and a fast-track start date.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets
- Adapt to shifting schedules in a dynamic BPO environment
Qualifications
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following):
- At least 1 year completed in college + 2.5 years of BPO experience, OR
- College graduate (any course) + 6 months of BPO experience
Other Requirements:
- Willing to work on-site in Cubao
- Flexible with shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 (based on experience)
- Signing Bonus: ₱30,000 (payable upon regularization)
