Job Description:

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Customer Service team. The selected candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
Respond to inquiries related to products, services, billing, and accounts.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
