Job Title:Customer Success Advisor



Job Location: Pampanga,Philippines 



Customer Success Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing customer service inquiries, and maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships with clients.Customer Experience Support refers to the comprehensive management of all interactions that a customer has with a company throughout their journey.





Qualifications



Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills



Experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Management



1 year experience required in healthcare back office support (Email/Chat)



Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities



Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude



Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
