Role Overview:
As an Insurance Assistance Representative, you will support customers by answering questions, assisting with claims, and providing information about their insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries related to insurance services
- Provide assistance with claims filing and documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience
- 2 years of college completed (no backlogs)
- Excellent communication skills
