Role Overview:

As an Insurance Assistance Representative, you will support customers by answering questions, assisting with claims, and providing information about their insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer queries related to insurance services

Provide assistance with claims filing and documentation

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

2 years of college completed (no backlogs)

Excellent communication skills
