Job Title:Customer Support Representative - Non-Voice

Job Description:

Concentrix IT Park is looking for Customer Support Representatives for our Pet Services account. This is a purely NON-VOICE role handling chat support.

Qualifications:

- HS Graduate / SHS Graduate and above

- Minimum 6 months BPO Chat Support experience

- Good written communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in IT Park

Compensation & Benefits:
