We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry and hold a college degree.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and efficient support for our international customers
* Document and manage customer interactions in our CRM system
* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in an international voice process role
* College degree
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including night shifts
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: 18,000-30,000 per month
