Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Entertainment Account. You will assist customers with subscription inquiries, account support, and service-related concerns while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
Must have at least 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
