About the Role:
EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for Life Insurance Account! Open to SHS grads, college undergrads, Nursing students/grads, and Medical Allied courses. Nursing background can earn up to PHP 34K! Apply now - start ASAP.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to PHP 23,000 for Non-Nursing background
- Up to PHP 34,000 for Nursing background

Qualifications:
*For Non-Nursing - Up to 23K:*
- At least Senior High School Graduate or completed 2 years in college
- At least 1 year BPO Voice experience required
*For Nursing - Up to 34K:*
- BS Nursing - at least 3rd year undergraduate or graduate
- With or without BPO experience - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
*For Medical Allied:*
- Any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd year undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months BPO Voice experience required
General Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
