Customer Service Support in multiple support channels (email, phone, chat).
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to
formulate structured communications in a complex environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules in Giga Tower, Quezon City
2+ years’ experience handling customers within a
call center environment and maintaining the highest levels customer satisfaction.
