Role Overview
We are seeking a FINRA Licensed Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide financial services support, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will leverage your active FINRA license to support clients with securities-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial products and services
Provide support on securities, investments, and account-related concerns
Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and internal policies
Document interactions accurately in the system
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
Completed at least 2 years in College – with no back subjects – required
Must hold an active FINRA license (Series 6 or 7) – required
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
