Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Alabang
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: Up to ₱24,000

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
At least 1 year BPO/Call Center experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Assist customers with account-related concerns
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
- Meet company quality and performance standards
