Job Description:

Alldigitech Taguig is hiring for our Healthcare Account! Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.

Responsibilities:

- Handle healthcare-related inquiries from customers

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Assist with healthcare concerns and account-related issues

- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate are welcome to apply

- With or without BPO experience

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Can start ASAP
