Job Description:
Teleperformance EDSA is urgently hiring for our Healthcare Account! Earn up to 31K and start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Provide accurate information and quality customer service
Assist customers with benefits, claims, and account-related issues
Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards
Qualifications:
At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
With at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) - BPO experience required
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
