HIRING - AI Operations Analyst | Onsite in QC

We are specifically looking for candidates with a recruitment background and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Quezon City
