What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Manage customer calls and service inquiries.
•⁠ ⁠Resolve concerns related to products, services, accounts, and transactions.
•⁠ ⁠Assist customers with reservations, orders, payments, and service requests.
•⁠ ⁠Provide accurate and timely information.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
•⁠ ⁠Follow quality, compliance, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Senior High School graduate or higher.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work on shifting schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work onsite.
•⁠ ⁠Previous BPO experience is preferred for some accounts.
•⁠ ⁠Candidates without BPO experience may qualify for selected positions.
