Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time. You will lead and support the payroll team, ensure compliance with government regulations, and maintain accurate payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations (SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Lead and support the payroll team.
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits) – required.
At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team – required.
SAP requirement: Exposure/familiarity is acceptable – must understand how it works as a tool.
Strong functional depth in payroll – able to clearly articulate processes.
Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions.
Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management.
Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.
Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work.
No active or recent application with Accenture.
