What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Service Delivery professional to lead operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing
Produce and distribute employee pay
Calculate Gross-to-Net
Conduct payroll audits and reporting
Manage General Ledger feeds
Handle post-payrun activities
Distribute required vendor/government data
Act as escalation point for team and customer concerns
Drive process improvements, performance, and corporate initiatives
Develop and manage team resources

What We’re Looking For

7–8+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of supervisory experience
Strong Payroll & SAP experience
Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Must not be previously or currently employed with Accenture
Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture
Must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines
