Position Summary
The HR Technology Business Analyst plays a vital role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that drive efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support strategic business goals. This role ensures the seamless functionality of HR tools while leading initiatives around system development, enhancements, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
•Create, process, and support Workday EIBs.
•Collaborate with HR and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and assess tool development needs aligned with business objectives.
•Support the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems to ensure scalability and optimal performance.
•Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate HR tool issues as needed.
•Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate enhancements and ensure smooth rollouts.
•Partner with leadership and development teams to share insights, communicate updates, and resolve tool-related challenges.
•Analyze HR processes impacted by technology and document workflows to drive continuous improvement.
•Develop training materials and conduct user-focused sessions to promote system adoption and proficiency across teams.
Required Qualifications
•Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday EIB.
•At least 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools.
•Familiarity with software development and QA testing concepts.
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
