Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Technology Business Analyst to support and improve HR systems, ensuring they run efficiently and meet business needs. This role focuses on system enhancements, troubleshooting, and working closely with HR and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create, process, and manage Workday EIBs
Gather and analyze business requirements with HR and operations teams
Support implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of HR systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when needed
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates and improvements
Analyze HR processes and document workflows
Develop training materials and support user adoption of systems
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience with Workday EIB
Minimum 2 years experience in HR systems/tools
Basic understanding of software development and QA testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good technical documentation skills
Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR Technology or IT within a BPO or service environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Strong interest in process improvement and system optimization
