NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – INSURANCE ACCOUNT
Account: Insurance
Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000
Work Setup: ONSITE
Schedule: Shifting
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least SHS Graduate or 2nd Year College Completed
- With at least 1 year BPO experience
- Must have experience in a voice account
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends/holidays when required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance products and services
- Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent service
- Document customer interactions and transactions properly
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
