Role Overview:
We are hiring Insurance Support Representatives to assist with client inquiries, policy updates, and claims resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls regarding insurance queries
- Guide customers in understanding their insurance policies
- Document all customer interactions
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Completed 2 years in college (no backlogs)
- Good communication skills
