Job Title : IT Business Analyst

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support IT initiatives, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects within the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Experience : 5 - 10yrs​

Location : Taguig, Cebu, or Davao, Philippines.

Work Setup : Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.

• Prepare and deliver clear presentations for clients, executives, and technical audiences.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

• Support data analytics, reporting, change management, and process automation initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :

• Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience.

• Minimum 2 years of US healthcare experience in CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech.

• Experience with IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement.

• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
